- Never rush , its your body understand it , don’t overstretch .
- Never compare just as we all look different and unique our bodies are different and unique it will give results accordingly . the key is BE CONSISTENTLY DEDICATED DON’T GO OFF TRACK .

Don’t over do it , while increasing your level make sure you increase your hold time . and dont forget to take a deep breath when feeling a mild pain . mild pain is very okay dont worry .
